I was hired to facilitate a board meeting for a technology association. Bob, the chairman of the board, is a powerful, influential community leader. You have a great personality for leadership. You're energetic, focused, organized—also a visionary.
I especially liked the fact that you didn't back down or soften your expectations of board members. You raised the bar and held their feet to the fire. Congratulations—that kind of courage builds excellence.
