Christmas To Building Maintenance #2

For several years, a special-needs person served in building maintenance, washing windows, changing lightbulbs, and making minor repairs. He was extremely quiet, and hardly spoke even when addressed. But he was dependable, thorough, and very likeable.

Most times when I passed, I told him he was doing a good job. I said, "Thanks for taking care of us," or something similar. I gave him a Christmas card that said, "Let us join in the promise of peace on earth, goodwill to all," and dropped some cash inside.

Sefton,

You do such a nice job of taking care of our building and helping us out in time of need. We really appreciate you.
