Resign Organizational Membership Gracefully

I attended a CEO-roundtable for five years, after which time it lost its momentum. I used this note to bow out gracefully. TTJ was a new business opportunity, and Darryl was his Cody's business partner.

Cody,

I had hoped to attend this next meeting, but again, unfortunately business obligations keep me away. We're making a key presentation to the national Turnaround Management Association on our Executive Portfolio.

Based on recent history, I'd say I shouldn't commit to future meetings, although I'd like to stay in touch with everyone. Please give them my best—and let's keep talking about TTJ. I'm so happy to see doors opening for you and Darryl.

You deserve the very best,

:Bill
