Thank You For Arranging Sales Appointment

Executive Assistants are often under-appreciated.  They're taken for granted, even brushed aside. I make special efforts to reach out to them to establish a connection, and as a result, have found them extraordinarily helpful.

In this case, the assistant was trying to schedule my sales meeting with an overbooked executive. She worked hard to get me on his calendar. This is her e-mail to me and my reply.

Bill,

I looked at Rodger's calendar and the 24 & 26 of April does not work.  Would it be too late to schedule on 5/9?
