Thank You To Speaker #15

For five years, we hosted a monthly networking breakfast for $100,000K+ executives. The meeting featured a 30-minute talk by a well-respected authority on career management or job hunting, usually a successful client, major employer, or executive recruiter.

I gave each speaker a $50 gift certificate from Barnes & Noble and handwritten thank you note. I personalized the notes to make them memorable. The challenge was to write 60 different notes. Several are included in this collection. Rick, a former client, is the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-traded restaurant company.

Rick,

Thanks for a terrific job yesterday. Yours was one of the best presentations we've had all year. You're a terrific guy and you have a wonderful story. I hope we will remain good friends through your continued successes. In the heat of battle, I forgot to give you your gift, which I'll send by mail in the next few days. Once we have posted your talk on our website, I'll send you the URL. Many thanks again.

You're the best!

Bill
